KAFA HAJJAR should not be in this professional body. She tries to complicate things for engineers and disrespect them. Sheena zigah, she is even unaware of the requirements of licensing. They hold applications, and they are getting fun of giving others a hard time with no reasons. very unprofessional people in a legislation body that is supposed to be professional.

The PEO is like a fortress against customer support. They created a 2 tiered security system and all tests, payments must go through their system. When engineers cannot log into their system and ask for support you continuously get the same automatically generated steps to take to login. Ultimately, the recourse is to drive hours to their headquarters to try and get technical support. Only to find out most of the staff works from home. The only good thing was the receptionist who tried to help. Messages were sent to the technical manager and she didn't have the courtesy to respond or have one of her staff respond. In the meantime you're getting emails from PEO stating that if you don't take their test via their portal or make a membership payment via portal you will be suspended. This necessitated another long drive to demand technical support The only reason we gave a two rating was the help we got from the receptionist

I have some concerns about the effectiveness of this license. I've noticed that there are some engineers in the market who may not have the necessary skills or expertise to design and calculate effectively. As a result, there may be some confusion or challenges in the market. And the quality of PEO staff should be greatly improved.
