Ive been a hearing aid wearer since my 20s, and Im in my 40s now, and this is one of the best hearing clinics Ive ever been to. The staff are friendly, provide great info, options, and professional. If youre having issues with your hearing and need a place to go, the service here is amazing. Always excellent, professional, quality service. More importantly, there was one minor issue I had on one occasion (not even worth mentioning here), and the staff at this office went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Excellent place. Receptionist absolutely wonderful. Doctors absolutely wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and calm. They take their time and explain what they are doing each step of the way. I was nervous like you wouldn't believe but they were patient and took their time. Office is nice and bright and clean. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to anyone. Yes you have to pay but I would pay over and over again for care like this. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Toronto Audiology is an outstanding practice. They are courteous, efficient and highly proficient. They were able to solve an ear problem that several others had been unable to do. They did that by persevering and by having up to date technology as well as a highly professional skill set. All at a cost that was far too generous. I shall use them for regular support , devices and advice.

I accompanied my parents to their hearing test appointments. Alisha and the rest of the team went out of their way to make the experience as positive as possible. I would highly recommend Toronto Audiology Associates.
