I think there is really hit and miss something. I don't think the review are really accurate unless you really experience. For my point of view and recently Purchased parts from them. I don't think they are that bad from the review and I think they are friendly.

Bought winter tires with rims. They describe working good condition but I found out they are cracked rim and bad tires beware of this people

One of my best friends got into a collision a month ago and Bir Auto Parts gave inaccurate times to fixing her car with no follow up. Took three weeks despite numerous inquiries. They replaced the car door with the incorrect shade of black and didnt match with the cars body. They took the car again to fix it, free of charge but literally nothing changed after three days of holding it hostage. Why couldnt they just say no we cant fix this instead of storing the car in their garage? So now theyve ghosted my friend and not responding to her calls despite numerous attempts during their operation hours too.
