I called to book an appointment to service my car's AC. I even received a voicemail to confirm the booking stating the date and time. When I arrived for my appointment they were not expecting me at all. But seeing as it was their error they took me in. I can see the place was visibility busy. My appointment was for 2pm to check my malfunctioning AC and fix it. I got my car at 0630pm. They close at 0600pm. Silver lining is that I did get my car and my issue fixed. But it was a long day. I had to bring my toddler for this errand. For her age she was patient enough and I was too. But overall if they did not make that error my experience and my time would not be wasted as much. There was no offer of a discount either for their error.

Its been 2 years and my wife and I still remember our awful experience there with the sales rep. I see 5 star reviews and I guess its really dependent on who you get as a new car sales rep. We ended up buying the car because we needed one asap. The experience created such a lack of trust that we felt like someone punched us in the gut every time we got into the new car for the first 2 months! Not a feeling anyone wants to experience with a new car. Since then we now service our car at Toyota on the park since we cant even fathom the idea of going back to the dealership. Toyota has a review process that they take seriously and we made sure to give the rep that helped us very low scores. However, the sales manager at this dealership called us because of our review and did his best to twist our words. I made it very clear that the only reason wed bought was because of the car and Toyotas reputation of building reliable cars and that my experience here made me less likely to buy ever again - but I doubt this was recorded properly in their internal review.
