I bought a couple of Cabin Air filters for my vehicle, which were delivered on time and in good order. Unfortunately I didn't check the compatibility with my vehicle and they didn't fit. I then followed the return procedure and reordered the correct part number (at least that's what I thought after checking at least 4 times to make sure they were the correct ones for my vehicle as per their website), which also arrived in a timely manner. To my dismay these did not fit my vehicle either. I have since sent two emails about this issue and have not gotten a response to date. It has been almost two months since. I am extremely disappointed and will have to look elsewhere for the part I need.

Their prices are pretty good and shipping was reasonably fast. The only issue I had was with the order I placed was for two front disk brake rotors and one rear disk brake rotor but only recieved the two front and missing the rear rotor. I sent them an email to inform them and they responded a day later asking for some info. I emailed back with the info and now nothing. Emailed again and nothing. I'm not to upset about it since the missing rotor was only 11.99 but still would be nice to if they owned up to their mistake. Overall I'm satisfied with the parts but wouldn't order from them again. Edit: they did refund me today for the rear brake disk rotor.

I bought front and rear brake kits as they had a 10% but the code didn't work and they have yet to respond to my email requesting to apply the 10%
