Mark is a very knowledgeable tech and provides good customer service. But Mark gave me the impression that he would be using Motul Oil for my 5K (0W-40) oil changes as per our conversations on IG prior to the service appointment. On the second service I noticed they walked out with a Total Care bottle instead of Motul and he confirmed that he uses Total Care as it has the "same specs". It is really misleading when all the prior conversations is all about Motul and you are paying close to $200 for an oil change. Service: Oil change

100% the best auto shop I went to, the guys there were so humble and honest and gave me the best offers possible. Not to mention, there work on my kia stinger was absolutely perfect, they took there time to make sure everything was perfect before handing me the keys. I work at a Kia dealership even though my techs are amazing and I trust them with my cars I take my stinger to these amazing people because the amount of knowledge the cesarios have with performance and just cars in general is incredible! I had an issue where my car was misfiring at high rpms, mark took the time to inspect every possible reason that could cause this and fixed it! I recommend this shop to every single person I know! Thank you for the amazing service and advice!
