I don't know what the negative reviews. I took may car in for an oil change and brake job. Steve was friendly and allowed me to watch as he worked. After the il change he checked my brakes and told me there was still a few months life in the pads and rotors and left it to me to make a choice of wether to change them now or wait. I cant imagine any other shop doing that. They would just say you need new brakes and that that. I didn't want to go back in a couple of months as I am busy and told him to go ahead and change the brakes and rotors. He gave me several options in terms of the pads and explained the price difference. After I chose he placed the order for the pads and rotors and then started to disassemble the brakes. By the time he was done the new parts arrived. He was very meticulous in reinstalling and took care to clean around the area he was putting new parts in. I noticed he even used anti sieve grease on the right parts, something al lot of mechanics skip. When the job was done he gave me my bill which was exactly as he quoted. I have been driving on the new brakes for a while and have had no issues at all. I would certainly go back.
