Updated review: This year I did my maintenance in the Honda store and it was a full service (check everything, replace all filters, all kinds of oils, and testing everything). It costs me $500, much higher than what I spent at Midas. But here is the problem: From Honda, there's no issue with my breaks, no issue with my battery. But last year, Midas told me that I had to replace the battery because it's failing. I had to replace the breaks because they were failing too. I at the time thought I indeed would do it, but then I forgot. Now I the Honda's results show that I don't have to do anything. I feel lied to, really, this breaks the trust on Midas. Old review (5 stars) I went there for my Honda Fit maintenance as I just did a tire rotation but the dealer would do it again if I follow their standard maintenance program. Midas did it faster (done in an hour and I don't have to wait for a week for the appointment), and cheaper.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Will not reply to online request appointments. Furthermore called spoke with the Manager they scheduled me in for an appointment. When I arrived nothing was accounted for tires, brakes. Manager could not recall the conversation, in addition provided my call log and my email receipt. Terrible terrible service, this location does not even deserve a one star, this location deserves zero stars!!!

Midas O'Connor is the most dishonest entity I have come across. I visited them with a broken bumper some months back, which they purportedly replaced with a "new bumper," for which I paid over a thousand dollars because I didn't know better. It took a professional mechanic to expose their shoddy work to my car. The bumper was supposed to have clippers connecting to the car front. Instead, they installed some screws. Which professional does that? I blindly gave them an excellent review which I withdrew. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I went for brake and serpentine belt change per their inspection.I had their month old estimate, but they did not bother to sign one before they started. They couldn't change the serpentine belt- not sure due to mechanical competency issue (the manager said the replacement belt they got was defective). The brakes were replaced so were the rotors, even though their month old estimate did not ask to change rotors.Additional 240 dollars billed even when part not required. In nutshell, they changed parts that were not necessary, and unable to perform medium complex job. Service: Auto brake replacement
