Railside Auto Centre

Bought a used car certified from this shop . After taking the car home and getting it looked at my mechanic some serious safety issues were evident . The shop failed to correct two huge holes in the muffler of the car , put on working wiper blades and ignored leaking front struts . All components that must pass in order to legally safety a vehicle . When comforted the owner of the shop reluctantly gave me $300 for the muffler work . When we found out that the struts also didnt meet safety standards the shop refused to assist . The mechanic maintains that the struts were dry when he checked - the same way he surprisingly he missed the two huge holes on the muffler bc they were not in his line of sight despite the loud Noise they made :/ . The law dictates 36 days for a car to remain compliant with the safety certificate . Not a warranty but the standard of safety must remain . Im going to filing a formal complaint with ONVIC , MTO and Ill be retaining council if they do not cooperate in rectifying this problem . I cant imagine the poor quality of repair work their customer unknowingly suffer.

I came in with a Toyota Venza in-order to get it fitted with the newest snow tires available in his store. When talking to him about deals, he made it clear that he was willing to help out at any time of the day and it was clear that he was always trying to keep prices at an all time low and it was something no other person would have done for me. He also informed me of all the issues I might need to look out and had me sit at the waiting area, which was the cleanest looking room ever. They had snacks and drinks for free if anyone was looking to have a quick snack. It made my day speaking to all the employees working at this auto centre as they did their very best to make sure I can get back on the road in no time. This is all thanks to Louay and his employees Jim and Will. Brought my Venza once again for a transmission service and muffler repair (muffler ripped off) and I have never been more happy about how much I had to pay for the service. Certainly a return customer, and it definitely will not be my last time visiting.
