Brakes needed some repairs, they charged me a very fair price and got the repairs done much sooner than I expected. The owner Herb is a very nice and helpful guy! I highly recommend Graf Auto for quick, and efficient service for a fair price. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My partner and I had gone to Graf's a few months ago to get winter tires installed on our car. We recently went back (our 2nd time there) to get summer tires put back on. Our issues with this place are as follows: - We called Tuesday to book an appointment for Friday. When showing up on Friday they claimed we had no appointment. Rudy was upset at us for "showing up without one" - We received a call from the mechanic that he could not find the wheel lock key. We informed them that they put on the winter tires and did not hand us that key. As such they either had it in their shop or stashed in the car from our prior service there. - We then got yelled at and lectured about how this was our fault and wasting their time. They stated if they could not find the key they would call us and we could either have the nut cut, or leave with our winter tires still installed - They did not call us and cut the nut without permission - They then installed the summer tires without inspecting them and determined they were not road worthy. They then put the winter tires back on and charged us for the service anyway. As an aside, another customer was going to leave after getting their tires swapped when one was completely flat (could be seen across the parking lot). They basically went "oops" and had to take the car back. The entire shop was unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent. I do not think we would have been treated as such if we were not a young female couple. Rudy especially was very rude to us and barely spoke to us the entire time we were there.
