Franks my guy, top notch, doesn't sugar coat or overcharge. Ive been going to him for years, and the only guy i trust with my car. Professional, Fair, very reasonable fees and he doesn't cut corners and always does a great job. I bring all the family cars to him and will continue to do so for years to come. SMALL CLAIMS COURT ACTION PENDING: L.A. Motors was the automobile repair garage who certified the Porsche Cayenne S that I bought from Yorkdale Fine Cars. It's not understood how the vehicle could have been certified when post purchase it was discovered by a different garage that the brakes were spongy and in fact defective and that the exhaust was leaking, meaning it should never passed an emissions control test. L.A. Motors was unable to resolve some tyre sensor issues and did an incomplete water ingress in cabin fix. I had to bring the vehicle to a different garage to have them repair it. Also, L.A. Motors did an unauthorized oil plug and gasket replacement on the oil pan. Not only this they did not show me the defective parts. How am I to have known if there was in fact a defect? L.A. Motors reported that there was an oil leak coming from the oil pan but there was no oil in the parking spot in my condo where I parked all the time. I made multiple visits L.A. Motors and only after multiple requests was I finally given a list of parts that were replaced and it was an incomplete list. The most concerning aspect of my interaction with L.A. Motors is that they COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF AN ENGINE EMISSIONS CONTROL LIGHT (check engine warning). I brought the vehicle to PORSCHE DOWNTOWN TORONTO WHO IMMEDIATELY DETECTED AN ENGINE RATTLING AND WITH THE OTHER SYMPTOMS SHOWING, LOGICALLY CONCLUDED THE NEXT STEP WAS TO DO A BORESCOPE INSPECTION ON THE ENGINE. This logical step was not taken by L.A. Motors. Porsche Downtown Toronto found that the number seven cylinder was scored and that the engine was defective. I was quoted a $45,000 repair by Porsche Downtown Toronto, which was beyond a reasonable repair cost given that I had only spent $14,000 on the vehicle.

Frank the Mechanic is fenomenal . He was able to get me back on the road in a matter of hours . With reasonable prices , I will definitely recommend to friends and family !
