        I brought my mother in law's car in to replace a water pump on her old Toyota Rav-4. The next day I called and they told me the fee was $350 and I felt that was reasonable. The next day my mother in law picks it up (I told her it was $350) and she was charged $400. She asks why and Abe himself said that it was for the coolant. Why did he change the price upon realizing it wasn't me coming to get it? Seems a little predatory to me. She brought x4 $100 bills and refused to give her back $50. This guy is greasy.
