The rudeness of the club manager caught me off guard. When we politely expressed our willingness to negotiate for a quieter playground, he responded with emotions and dismissed our issue. It is basic Customer Service 101 to empathize with customers and show respect during communication. I cannot fathom how someone with such poor interpersonal skills ended up as the club manager. Being an expert in sports is not equivalent to proficiency in handling the business and social matters. To be honest, I would gladly pay to have him take emotional control courses. As a result of this unacceptable experience, I am extremely upset and disappointed, and I have decided that I will not return to this place again. It pains me to say this, as I have been a loyal patron since 2021. We DESERVE an apology! I can only wish the business the best of luck under the guidance of this club manager, hoping that it can still thrive despite his leadership.

Oh, where do I even begin with this place? If you have even an ounce of self-respect, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of this establishment. For more than a year, my friends and I have been subjecting ourselves to the abysmal service offered here while playing casual badminton. Now, let me clarify: the court itself is actually quite nice, bright, and new. But don't be fooled, because the service will leave you questioning your decision to step foot in this place. On May 20, 2023, we found ourselves amidst a badminton training session, which had never been an issue in the past. However, on this unfortunate day, one particular coach seemed to believe that the entire facility was his personal shouting arena. His relentless yelling and shouting near the front door disrupted our game, making it far from the enjoyable experience we had hoped for. We took it upon ourselves to voice our concerns, approaching both the coach and the front desk lady. After some back-and-forth, we managed to come up with a solution: we would inquire about the coach's presence before booking in the future and select time slots when he was not around. It wasn't an ideal resolution, but we agreed to it, understanding that the coach may not be entirely at fault. However, just as we were about to move forward, a mysterious "court manager" suddenly appeared out of thin air, and let me tell you, his attitude was anything but respectful. He proceeded to unleash a torrent of rudeness upon us, spewing condescending remarks like, "I've been playing badminton for over 10 years and no one has ever complained before," and "If you can't handle it, just don't come here to play. I beg you not to come." Oh, how amusing it was to be mocked for booking a time slot that inconvenienced their precious trainee, apparently on the verge of competing in the XX competition. Clearly, our reasonable concerns were nothing more than a joke to this "manager." He graciously offered to refund our money but made it abundantly clear that he never wanted to see us darken their door again. Needless to say, I was utterly taken aback by the sheer audacity and lack of respect exhibited by this so-called "court manager." As paying customers, we deserve fair treatment and the right to request a reasonable playing environment. Unfortunately, those are luxuries that seem foreign to this establishment. To put it bluntly, I will NEVER set foot in this place again. Do yourself a favor and seek out any other venue for casual badminton, just not this one. Oh, and let's not forget their exorbitant fees compared to other places. While the court I visited on that fateful day charged $26+HST per hour, this "gem" has the audacity to charge a whopping $35+HST per hour. Avoid this place like the plague, my friends. Save yourself the headache, the disrespect, and the extra dollars. Your badminton experience deserves better than what this establishment has to offer.
