Where to start! Natalina Tricarico, one of the BIA Insolvency Counsellors for this company, was the first person to make contact with me. She is kindness incarnate. From the first email, to the first one-on-one conversation we shared, she was thoughtful, charming, funny, and understanding. It was akin to talking to a friend that Ive known for years, about my lifes problems. It took very little time to sort out what I needed to do, the process was very easy and somewhat smooth (my fault I was a little unprepared lol) but she was very patient with me. If you have debt, dont keep letting it ruin your life, stop your suffering. I encourage anyone struggling financially to take the plunge and rip that bandaid off and who better than with this company? If the other staff members are even a sliver as sweet as Natalina? Itll be a breeze and virtually painless. Id like to also acknowledge Maggie Madej, CIRP. She was the one that took up where Natalina left off, for my FaceTime interview/discussion. She walked me through the situation, what would be happening when, how long everything would take, and would pause in-between to make sure I fully understood and if I had any questions/concerns. Another wonderful individual. Im sure this job like every other has its hardships, but dealing with emotional situations and people Im sure has a toll on theirs as well.
