Amazing service! Received a reminder text msg the day before my appt was also offered to book my next appointment after my hair cut. I even got a hot towel after my razor shave, Tristan really takes the extra step to make sure the customer is well taken care off. I will definitely be coming back. The guy with long hair felt so entitled for an appreciation for letting me know they only work with appointments instead of apologizing, started mumbling that I should be saying thank you to him and then started raising his voice on me in front of another customer. Such a bad customer service, literally asked me to leave his store even though i am pretty sure he was just making his hours there and didn't care about his own boss. So sad to see such illiterate people are let alone to work without any supervision. Even asked me to fight him, i am 6 feet and this tiny guy had the audacity to attempt to turn his barber shop into an MMA arena, such a shmuck can't believe people with mental illness are dealing with day to day regular people. Make sure to say thank you with each word or this guy with long hair will start yelling at you for no reason
