        Hate that you can only use one card, couldnt add another rider

        I went to rent 4 bikes and saw it will cost 3.50 for 30 min and then I saw a price say $7 for 24 access which I thought was for a day and we had the bikes only for a little bit over 60 minutes and I was charged extra and when I call to complaint nothing could be done as they said all the rules and policies are written there. But I didn't see or understood correctly what was said about how to use the 24 hour pass which made no sense about locking the bikes every 30 mins . I only went for a pleasure ride to get out of the house to get exercise and air.
