        I got a parka from this store and I had a lovely, pleasant experience with Ashley s customer service. I returned my parka for exchange of style and she was very welcoming in second time of experience like first time, Will shop again from this store and her (Ashley).

        Ordered online! Never recieved! Also phone customer service was so poor! Zero professionalism! Lady chose to hang up on me rather than be a problem solver! Will never wear this brand again!

        Always a pleasant experience and many helpful salespeople that made you feel valued and welcome. You never felt disrespected no matter what you wore. And I appreciate that. I bought a few pieces here (like the classic black Maya) but the only thing that takes the star down is that, as is the nature of European luxury items in Canada, the prices are like 60-70% pricier than European prices. And it just feels a bit...much.
