        I have been living here almost a year. I really like this place. Its clean and neat and I must say the super actually takes care of this place very well. Im very happy to be a tenant here. I hope the management never changes.

        This is not for park willow entirely but for 21 Gulliver road. You are not allowed to bbq, no pets, the elevator breaks down regularly. The water is yellow, you cant drink the tap water. If its snowing and you cant get out of your parking spot they dont care. You have to call for parking but the catch is theres a limit per month. So they monitor how many times your visitors come over and if you dont be aware you will get a ticket because the parking ticket patrol sits in the lot and writes tickets as soon as you get out of the car. I would give -1 but its not possible.
