The part came and it was in perfect shape. The hardest part of the install was taking off the old one. The service was great, and it was delivered when they said it would.

As a small business owner myself, the business conducted upon a personal level for my private vehicle. Was one that I could never have anticipated. Due to a previous owner having an improper downpipe in flex tube installed that had failed upon my purchase of my 04 Jetta. Upon receiving my part there were fitment issues. The part in which I ordered and received was correct. Although my vehicle had been modified which in turn made the correct part received too short. I contacted customer service immediately with my predicament. I received prompt responses every email working towards the end goal of resolving the issue. I was blown away and pleasantly surprised with the kind of customer service that I received, having been in business for 35 years. Quite frankly and experience that I had not ran into in all of my years of dealing with private companies. I received my part promptly. After raising the problem with fitment, what I thought was customer service was on top of it to say the least to make sure that I received the best service they could offer. Threw out all of the emails, I am made aware that the owner handles all of the emails and customer service issues that his company provides to the world. He must have a tremendous team behind him to support his ability to perform such services. I would like to sincerely thank each and everyone of them, especially the owner and person I was in direct contact with. Immediately the resolution was obtained and he shipped two parts to ensure that it would allow the part to work with my modified exhaust. I have never experienced the kind of service from any company I have ever dealt with in all of my years in business and personal purchases. High-quality materials, trustworthy employees ensuring proper fitment. I would highly recommend Mufflers express limited to any persons. You will receive the kind of product expected and treatment that is not in the small business community any longer. All I can say is keep it up guys and ladies. You are truly a diamond in the rough.
