Really rude and unprofessional customer services. Had a really bad customer service experience while visiting the shop 2 days ago. The girl at the counter was being very impolite and rude for no reason. We asked her help to select a good flower option. She rudely turned the screen towards us and expected us to do it by ourselves. We asked again for suggestion but she disregarded our enquiry. Been a loyal customer of Tokyo smokes for 2 years but never had to experience such an unprofessional approach. Have to mention, the guy at the counter was helpful.

Service is bad, sometimes they dont even talk normal to you while asking questions. In terms of the store, its one of the worst dispensaries Ive seen in Toronto. Their prices are very high as compared to other dispensaries and they purposely dont sell medium price range products to sell expensive. I would suggest rather going to fika local, which is in the same mall, because of prices being good. (I dont represent fika local) I have received consecutive bad experience from this Tokyo smoke, thats the reason of this honest review.
