        I purchased my TDI here and come here for service as needed. Loretta and Rui do an excellent job of helping us keep the car maintained. Rui seems to have a mechanical background and is very adept at explaining concepts to someone who's not as mechanically inclined. Overall a great experience.

        Recently purchased a new car and traded in my used car. I dealt with Xi Yu. She was fantastic to deal with. Was very informative on each step as well as followed up to ensure the customer service of her colleagues (finance manager, general manager, etc) was adequate. She also was great in following up to ensure we didnt have any questions or concerns about the vehicle as well as walked us through the VW app prior to us leaving. All in all, I would definitely work with Xi again!
