I approached Royal Batteries assuming my cars battery was towards the end of its life and needed a replacement. Im really grateful to Dayle who first checked the battery and was honest enough to tell me that the battery was fine. Strongly recommend Royal Batteries and Dayle. Its rare to find such people!

Really bad when it come to warranty looks like the owner want to save time by not sending it back to the factory making any excuses. I been buying batteries from this location for a long time and the one I got a bad battery hes didn't hold responsible this location is good for emergencies only but will never replace you batteries in warranty. I'll never send people there again

I've bought a couple of batteries from these guys. Amazing customer service. They respond to emails immediately, so if you have any questions or concerns they will address it in a short period. This is what I look for in doing business with a retailer.

Needed a battery charger for my dad's mobility scooter. Bought one through Amazon and it didn't work. Decided I wanted to talk to a living, breathing human so searched the web and found Royal's location to be convenient. Small store with staff that a) really know their stuff, and b) are quick to share expertise and advice. Great experience and I was told that if there were any problems, they would provide a full refund. Well, that won't be necessary. The recommended charger works flawlessly. A very, very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for batteries or chargers.
