As the previous review from a few years a go stated, cardiologist services there are good but receptionist has terrible customer service, zero understating on how medical services should be provided, basically you need to beg to get an appointment regardless of the patients condition or pathology, their answer is "This is how medical services works in Canada" or "If you saw a doctor recently then we can only give you another appointment next year" always with a condescending tone - bottom line her way or the highway, and if you ask to see another doctor they say "That's no how it works, you only have one doctor and that's it" which is completely non-nonsensical. Clearly they don't provide any training to their staff to have notion of what it means to have good customer service. Reminder to their staff in case they read this, *Patients of your practice are no there asking for charity or a favour, you are providing a health service paid by all of us tax payers*

Referred here for 24hr blood pressure monitor. They did not have a cuff that would fit my arm and had no plan on ordering one or gave me any referrals for another clinic where I could get service. This leaves me in a position where I can't access the health service I need because of a health condition. I felt ashamed and I shouldn't have had to have the experience I did. The tech Sam was nice but also clearly unequipped to provide care to someone obese.

My mother has been a patient with this clinic for almost 8 years. The doctor is fantastic and helpful. A particular member from the medical staff however, a receptionist, is ABUSIVE. After my sick mother missed her last appointment, she called in to apologize and rebook however the receptionist aggressively expressed her resentment and opted to punish her by not accommodating her serious medical issue. Its clear that this person has a serious problem, takes her job VERY personally, holds personal grudges, and enjoys punishing patients by withholding appointments, insulting, raising her voice, and hanging up the phone. Cardiology is no joke folks, your heart is serious and you should go somewhere where you are not only treated with kindness but RESPECT. Do no harm. Employing resentful, hate ridden people in the medical industry is beyond unacceptable. Its even dangerous. My heart breaks for my mother, as this is not the first time(nor second!) this person has treated her so poorly. When I followed up with the receptionist to correct the issue and aid my mother, I too was screamed at and hung up on. We are talking about health here, booking an appointment for someone with a heart condition, and our family is concerned about my mothers health and that alone. If your job is in the medical industry, you must take into consideration that each person you speak with is dealing with some kind of life affecting health condition and is contacting you for help. I kindly ask the staff to please assess the service provided by their receptionists, and take patients well being into consideration. If you are considering going to this clinic, be prepared to deal with the most disrespectful person you have ever met.
