        Came in to do a simple upgrade on freedom mobile. Aysha was a big help. She waved an activation fee and explained in great detail what was processed during my visit. A simple in and out. Took about 40 mins or less. A simple transaction that i appreciated greatly. Like i said, aysha was great help. For the store, a couple upgrades could be made. The phone selections are limited but that's due to multiple cellphone carriers occupying that store. Theres freedom mobile, chatr and a couple more. Management should also have more than one employee. Multiple people were coming in seeking assistance but because there was only one employee they couldn't be delt with. This is not the employees fault but value mobile.
