Came to this location on Saturday April 22 at 2:28pm. On display shows one price however when I got to the window to pay, the price raised. The Cashier "Aman" stated that the price on display has not been updated as yet. I then requested to receive the price on their display or speak with a supervisor. Manager Harneet came to the window and demanded I pay the new price and informed that it's not the workers problem it's head office, before walking away from the window. Although the supervisor Harneet tried to aggressively move her computer screen in order for me to see the new price on their display, this too was very unprofessional. I guess this kind of treatment you will never see in areas like Foresthill etc. Beware of jane and wilson. They probably over Charge and keep the change themselves as tip!.disappointed in you KFC after 30 years of my valued service. SmH

KFC food is the same time all over but what I didn't like how people are loitering in and outside of the building. Drug deals going on, homeless and people just hanging out around the facility. All these places need to hire some security or police to keep the area clean.

Ordered here today and never again. Half the fries missing, salads not filled, chicken skin was rubbery. My stomach hurts now(7 hours later), and dizzy. Im contacting head office and Toronto public health! Disgusting. We need to stop poisoning ourselves and making these greedy corporations rich. Cook at home people. Check YouTube for recipes. Way better.

Awful Experience! My family was in the mood to get the spicy 10-piece chicken from KFC since we tried this before and liked the spicy flavor compared to the original recipe. Although we have always gone to the store to pick up our orders, we decided to use the KFC app and have it delivered. We got our order in under 50 minutes, gave the driver a nice tip. Upon checking the order, we got the original recipe and not the spicy recipe as we ordered. The store manager was less than helpful and needs training in customer relations as what he offered us was not justified. We ended up throwing the $65 order in garbage and made our own meal at home. I will be deleting my KFC app, escalating this to BBB and other social platforms accordingly! If they want to take my ~$70 and NOT deliver on their end of the transaction, it truly shows their character and their business model. I CHOSE KFC and in return, they did not deliver or care to resolve the issue.
