Soggy and very heavy fries. Obviously oil wasnt hot enough and the potatoes drank the oil. Disappointed. Chicken and bun was soggy too. Skip this place and go directly to Chick Fil A.

2nd time in a row they forgot order item on ubereats (out of 2 orders). They also put wrong order items. Would not recommend ordering from here. Fix these issues and I will change my review.

1. Waited 15 min for a chicken sandwich. 2. Rejected to warrant a Canada-wide online promotional offer.

This location does not even deserve a one star. Other reviews report the food flavorful but that is definitely not my experience. If you don't know how to cook or how Mary Brown's chicken normally is then you would say its good. Or possible even yet, maybe the changed the cook the day I ordered food from there. I had placed 5 two piece meals and 1 four piece meal. The chicken had batter but lacked flavor whatsoever. It didn't taste like chicken at all. Chicken without basic salt, and seasoning will have no flavor, even with their famous batter. It's only because we were in the area why I even ventured to this location and knowing its fairly new. The location on Dufferin is one I have to rate highly because its consistently good. I ate most of the wedges but even the wedges had no taste with the batter. Don't know what happened with the measurements but it was tasteless meat. I wasn't the only person who was surprised by the lack of flavor. Again another chicken chain that seems to have fallen off the rails or just plainly don't care about taste and customer satisfaction. I don't care how hungry I am I will not be back. They don't deserve my hard earn money. SORRY! The chicken restaurants these days need to hire people who understand the basic principles of cooking. Not any person who is desperate to work and cut corners just to get a pay cheque. It didn't help that the manager seemed annoyed by the amount of separate orders I had to place. These people need basic customer service training. If i'm going to do reviews I must be honest as possible because I don't believe in sugar coating
