Elevate Health Clinic

I have been coming to elevate for just over a year now. I came for a shoulder injury last minute and have been going back regularly for Physio, massage and personal training. After a couple visits you feel as part of their team. Ive worked with Christon, Vahn and Jetmir and theyre all great and I always felt comfortable. My son has also seen them as I was concerned about the way he runs. My son enjoyed the sessions as it did not feel like an assessment to him. Elevate gave me the ability and mind set to take the steps I had been saying I would for the previous 2 years. I can not thank Elevate enough and the staff for helping me start and continue my journey to a better me :) I recommend Elevate often to those around me and in the neighbourhood as their location is very convenient.

My dad pulled a muscle on his back and was under immense pain. Took him to the ER and a chiropractor but he felt no difference. The pain was so much that my dad couldnt even sit or lay down, got recommended to see Vahn at Elevate. Just after the first session with Vahn, my dad couldnt easily sit and walk around and the pain was significantly less than before. After the second session with Vahn, the pain was almost non existent. Would highly recommend Vahn and the team at Elevate. Their professionalism is unmatched
