If Google gave out awards for the BEST chiropractor in the GTA, it would go to Dr. Twardowski! I arrived at his clinic with a debilitating TMJ issue. Progress was slow, but we kept at it. Eventually, we found the right combination of acupuncture, chiropractic treatment, remedial exercises, and dental intervention to put me on the road to recovery. Whenever I saw a dental specialist, Dr. Twardowski took the time to patiently explain all the things I didnt understand. I often felt that he was more knowledgeable about their medical specialties than they were! He is kind, thorough, and has an unmatched attention to detail. For anyone out there suffering, please know that there are knowledgeable professionals like Dr. Twardowski who truly care and are exceptional at their profession. He helped change my life at a very difficult time!

I've been seeing Jason for treatment for over 3 years now and highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and takes extra care to recommend home exercises/stretches to supplement his treatment/adjustments.

Jason has been helping me over the last 5 years. He has helped me with regular maintenance, and provided great relief in emergencies when pain was severe. He does a great job demonstrating techniques for improving posture and flexibility so you can minimize chance of injury.
