I suffered from severe wrist pain which prevented me from performing my daily tasks let alone working out. I decided to seek for professional help and Alaleh patiently examined me and guided me through different exercises which resulted in my wrist pain to go away. I used to taking pain killers as my family physician prescribed which caused me to experience stomach and liver discomfort . I referred to Dr JOOYA by my family physician.
