Dr. John Balkansky is awesome!! I've been seeing him since 2015 and he's amazing at his job! Highly recommend booking an appointment with him :))

iWellness is an incredible place They are Very professional and personable! You are welcomed by a friendly voice on the phone. The receptionist gives you an appointment that is convenient for you The hours are very flexible Upon arrival you are greeted with a cheerful hello from Shanell or Nastaran Then Dr J Balkansky welcomes you. When in the private internal office he explains All your rights It is called the Doctrine of Informed Consent Insuring the Freedom of individuals to make choices of their medical care In over 50 years I have never had a Dr explain my rights! In clear and understandable lamens language, he explained that the final choices are yours and that you have the right to see your results and X-rays as well That a Dr cannot tell you what you have to do but give you choices The choices they give must give the pros and cons to what ever treatment You finally decide Dr Balkansky is very compassionate and understanding listening to your needs guiding you All the way with treatment and the Best choices he feels that you will benefit from Along with how many weekly he appointments he suggests He even gave me home exercises as well Either Shanell or Nastaran set up your future appointments with cheerful conversation Payment is easy they put it through to your provider if the provider allows You pay and the provider reimburses you the percentage you are allowed Dr Balkanskys on going encouragement and friendliness as well as the staffs make it a very professional, personal encouraging experience After months of on going treatments I am very encouraged by the results I am seeing I was told it would take time and patience as what I am being treated for is not a quick fix I recommend them Highly. I would like to show my respect specifically to Dr John amazing experience the atmosphere the stuff is unbelievable Zara and with full support for Shanelle Hands up I will always choose the number in province of Ontario this clinic I definitely recommend to try with any injuries All the best Dr John and best off luck with good patients Thank you kindly
