GUESS

The staff was very much into themselves, no one greets you when you enter, neither do the staff ask if you need help. No wonder it is closing!! Although the merchandise was 60% off, I didn't buy anything due to the attitude of the staff not just towards me but the other Two ladies shopping. Please hire better staff!!! Too bad.

Azadeh & the team @Guess at the Shops at Don Mills are so helpful and honest. You are shopping with people who make the experience personal and fun. Azadeh builds a strong relationship with customers by knowing what works for them but shes honest about what does not. She adds humour and fun along the way to earn return visits. She really cares about helping her customers to look their best @Guess.

Store is always kept clean and tidy, staff are super helpful and friendly and there's a great selection. My favorite store to shop at in the shops for sure, they really personify retail therapy.
