I saw another review of XPC from a year ago which described exactly the same problem I was experiencing, an old laptop that took an eternity to start up and ran very slowly once it got going. So I had Paul do the same thing, replace the hard drive with a new SSD, transfer the files and had him replace the bottom part of the case which had worn out from normal use. On top of this he cleaned the fan and vent, threw in a new screen, updated Windows and graphics drivers, cleaned out some obsolete software, and scanned for malicious software. Wow, it runs like a race horse now! Im shocked how fast it is and all for a very modest investment. If youre having computer problems, Paul is your guy.
