        Got our unit last August. I dont know about the industry standard nowadays, but in terms of building construction and finish, I think Concord really needs to have a better quality assurance process to begin with. However, their Customer Care has been great. They are responsive and have been working diligently on fixing things for us (at least for our unit). All the interactions weve had with the team has been very pleasant. They are very professional. Their condo management is not great so far (but i think thats more like a problem with Crossbridge???)
