        Worst place to live ! If you are planning to rent or buy look somewhere else. The fire alarm has been activated several times for months. We have a baby and we have had the worst experience living here with this issue for so long. It is extremely ridiculous to hear after a few hours of extremely disturbing noise that it was a false alarm. We hear the fire alarm at different times of the day several times a month and nothing has been done. This las time the alarm has been going for hours and no update . The building is also dirty and dated smells like garbage all the time. As soon as you get to the main door the smell of the garbage welcome you. Keep away from this condominium the worst place in north York.

        Great place ,been visiting for 5 years. So well kept with gym,swimming pool hot tub, sauna too. All in all I would recommend it to whom ever wants to live here or rent .
