        Reputation of this condo has deteriorated, Over the top obcessive strict rules that sometimes boarder line infringes on peoples livelyhoods , over board with hundreds of cameras, For buyers for investment; location is good, for living in or renting, if you like this kind of controlled life and environment go for it? If you don't want to be controlled where you live, well you will have a hard time enjoying your quality daily life. Unfriendly pet environment. Don't buy to live here , renters be warn. Unbelievable. Over the top RULES, RULES, MORE RULES TO COME. Im all for rules but what they're doing is over the top. Smh. Nice building, too bad. The other Condo buildings in the area s way better. THERE SHOULD BE A LIMIT TO IMPLEMENTING RULES. DEL GOTTA BE REPLACE, DIRECTORS AND OWNERS NEED TO WAKE UP AND STOP WITH THIS NON SENSE. OR YOU're going to destroy this outdated decor condo. The great service reviews don't believe it.
