Extremely disgusting pricing practice. Somehow a $45 and up to unlock my car door became $128 after a glance and the unlocking took under 1 min. Then the price came to $168 with $20 service fee and tax. I said this was disgusting and i was told I had a choice to decline. First of all I was in a parking lot at night with no street lights with my daughter alone after waiting 45 min. . Not much of a choice. Who expects a service to go from $45 to $128 for no apparent reason. Certainly was not based on difficulty. I could at least understand that! This was the easiest unlocking possible. I have no understanding what possible situation would meet this $45 starting amt . I have never felt so taken advantage of by a business. Just awful.

We have worked with the tech and his team in the past and once again they exceeded our expectations. There were some Covid-related delays, but The technician was very transparent about the material delivery challenges at the onset and updated us regularly. As we have come to expect from the Allfix team, everyone was on-time, neat, and friendly. In the end, our laundry room is much more functional. We hope to continue working with Allfix for our next renovation process.
