We had a wonderful experience with everyone at ACE Developments. They were very easy to get a hold of and never left us in the dark with anything. Waheed has been incredible to deal with, any questions or things we needed done once we moved in, he got on it for us right away. Once he said something would be done, it would be done within the next day. We appreciate all the hardwork of everyone on site. They are all very personable and helpful whenever we need it. We love our new home! Thank you ACE!

I didnt really have the best experience in the beginning with Ace Developments. The closing took place with nothing done at the property and the house not ready to be moved in but according to the city permit, they allowed the closing to happen. I was really frustrated with that happening but Furqan really helped out a lot with the construction that needed to be done at the property. He went out of his way to making sure my needs are met and things were getting done. Even with COVID, it delayed the project by almost a year but Furquan gave me the satisfaction that my property is their top priority to be completed. Overall the experience was good and I was satisfied with Furquan being there.

We are very pleased with both the experience and the finished product by Ace Developments. Ace is adept at both design and execution and they communicate well. Dominic, Waheed and Faheem are focused on consistency of results and reliability of performance. Furqan was prompt in answering any question and always provided detailed responses to any query. Ace is really a top notch development company.
