        I have been in my Senator home since late 1999 was brand new and had approximately 72 items listed as deficient. I've had more problems than one could imagine like the ABS attached to the soaker tub totally give way and a tub of water run down through newly painted kitchen down into newly professionally finished basement and wrecking half of it. Now I'm in the process of replacing Broken tiles in kitchen, that broke because there was no adhesive under them and they run on the same line opposite each other. Have already had to replace 2 others for the same reason. OH YES THEY BUILT MY HOME WITH MOLDY WOOD THROUGH OUT MY BASEMENT. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
