        We hired Evandale to build our new custom home in Toronto and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home. We began our process seeking to carefully select a professional builder with a hands-on and transparent approach. After meeting with a few builders, it was abundantly clear that Dmitri and his team were reliable, trustworthy, responsive and equipped with the experience and knowledge necessary to execute a custom home of the finest quality and workmanship. The Evandale team was fully committed to our project and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely collaborative throughout the entire process, always seeking to problem-solve and deliver on the prescribed project specifications. The entire teams discerning attention to detail and genuine desire to exceed expectations gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. We couldnt be happier with the outcome of our new home.
