Bought a unit back in 2015 in Newmarket Glenway , closed and took occupancy in 2018, until now 5 years later in 2023, the builder still didnt refund us the deposit of $750 which supposed to be refunded in 2019. Anybody in your company can explain why and confirm when the owner can get the refund????

I purchased a unit at Glenway Urban Towns that should be ready in March of 2024. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of someone regarding picking my finishes and havent gotten a call or email back. So Im now left with reaching out to their social media and leaving this review in hopes that it will get someones attention. I will update this rating when I finally hear back from someone.

This company really improved. I'm writing this bc their customer service experience has improved 1000% They respond you promptly and they provide you great service, note this is comparative to others in the industry. Their tarion warranty repair turn around time was great, they gave excellent advice and had a great roster of team members who assisted oulr family along the way. Big improvement from 2 years ago. Glad they made this turn around! Thumbs up
