Gravity Developments

We used Mazda and his team from Gravity Developments for both of our commercial projects in Toronto. He was very professional from demolition to occupancy. His attention to detail is outstanding. Everything was made very clear from before construction began; project cost, timeline and expectations. Both projects were completed within budget and designated timeline. Any on-site challenges were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would recommend Mazda for any commercial project and will surely work with him again in the future.

We had a massive renovation to our house and Mazda and his team could not have been more professional. I think the MOST important thing for us was that he was honest about timings and budget, and that his team was very efficient. He was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. Trust is paramount and we trusted our house with him. My family was nervous with this project because we had a personal deadline to meet. But Mazda was amazing - he reassured us and delivered. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Every concern we had was swiftly addressed. He was also great to work with - calm, responsive and patient. If and when we need to renovate, without hesitation we will be using Gravity Developments.

We hired Mazda for the Reno of our kitchen, main floor hallway and 3 upstairs bathrooms. We are extremely pleased with the turnout. The timeline was accurate, Mazda and his team were reliable and made sure that our final vision was accomplished. Hes accommodating and communication with us was always on point. Would highly recommend!

Mazda and the whole team at Gravity Development are just amazing at everything they do. I am going to mention some of the things I like and admire about this company but honestly speaking regardless the many kind words I use its not going to be enough or even get close to what this company and team are able to achieve to do. Gravity developments are experts in the GTA market. They can find you an investment property, design, get necessary zoning and permits, building and everything in between. Mazda and the team are honest and open in sharing their expertise and they do know their stuff inside out. They take their time to explain situations and provide options so that the client can make an informed decision. Gravity Developments and Mazda have deep relationships with subcontractors and trades people that have been vetted and battle tested and proven. As a client you get great quality work done right at an affordable price because they also get volume discounts that is expended back to the client. The team also as part of the build does the interior design as well which ends up saving the clients a lot of money. I hope to get an opportunity work with Mazda and the team again in the future as in my view they are exceptional at what they do and one of the top design and build teams in the Greater Toronto Area.
