        Toddglen has no respect for the public and abiding with the noise bylaws. It's good friday, the day commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus and despite not being allowed to work on Sundays and holidays, the workers are using cutting tools, building and banging at 488 University Avenue. As well they do construction at all hours of the night. It's really a shame that these companies don't respect other people's / taxpayers rights.
