Alex Ali Topyurek is a fraud. Just like the other reviews said. That is his name on contract. However like many frauds they will go by other names. The contract is a lie. He will 100% hold your home hostage for more money. Has no business ethics (typical fraud tactics) and will prey on those who do not understand background checks on contractors. He will start work as soon as possible (this is where you will fall for the trap, since legitimate business will not start as fast as this fraudster) to grab and run with your money. Any materials purchased will not be the one youve selected, claiming he knows what he is doing instead. This is the first step into his fraud; takes your money to purchase cheap products in order to keep cost down and profits for himself. Once scaffolding has been setup he will hold your house and even his own workers hostage until you pay more than the original contract agreement. He even gets his workers to ask you for money. There is multiple police files on this guy but like I originally said he goes by many aliases; so its harder to track. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you see him take a picture of the contract and himself to present to the police once he has committed a crime.

Please don't pay him any dime until you make sure he buy your materials and start your work. he lies a lot and is a deceitful human being. PLEASE BE WARNED/
