I dealt with Michael Beallor, who helped me file for the NRRP HST Rebate for my investment property, and the process could not have been any more smoother. I bought a new-build house in July, 2022. In Ontario, when you buy a new-build, you have to pay 13% tax called HST. Since we were immediately turning this into an investment property, I reached out to Michael from Rebates4U to help us fill out the new 'Residential Rental Property' rebate application. This service was fast and simple! Michael responded immediately to my inquiry, requested the needed documents, and completed the application in a timely manner. The application was filed in August and I recieved my rebate in November, an amount of $ that exceeded my expectations! I was expecting it to take much longer and am happy to now have that HST back to put towards the mortgage.
