        The owner is SO MEAN!! I brought my sister in to buy a lotto ticket for her 18th birthday and he wouldnt sell it to her because he said she had to be 18 + 1 day!! I have never heard of this before and I am surprised he has gone his whole life with this philosophy. According to him you dont turn the next age until the day after your bday. Just a mean, mean old man and clearly based on the other reviews I am not alone. This should be illegal!
