I signed up for square for a business my children and I are starting and square without any reason, no paperwork or any documents deactivated my account and discriminated against us by saying we violated there terms when in fact we did not and they would not give us any proof. Our business is a delivery service to help the less fortunate get items they require and take out food deliveries how could one possibly break the terms when our business is to help people! I will go back to my main platform and will never use square again! There customer service is horrible, Ive been hung up on and I dont feel thats good customer service and not telling someone what they did without reason is disgusting.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have never signed up with this company. For some reason, they send me at least 9 credit cards a month, which I then have to call and report, wasting my time and their resources. Their customer service refuses to put a stop to it and passes it on to the legal department, which then sends me back to customer service. Nobody seems to know anything there.

They deactivated my client's account randomly and kept the $1,600 and then hung up - I will be sharing the recording shortly on the podcast, they had no answer for why they deactivated the client's square and tried to run off the call, putting the client on hold five times and when we asked for a manager she said he would email.
