Avenue Insulation

We used Phil and Avenue Insulation for spray foam on a new construction garage and laneway house. Pricing was competitive with the other quotes we received and we were very happy with the work. Everything was completed on schedule and planning and communication all went smoothly with Phil. We'd certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Avenue to anyone considering them.

We have had serious icicle problems leading to ice dams and leakage on our 1950's house. Our GC came in and siad we needed a full insulation refit in the roofs. He said if any company came in, saw the extent of the situation, and then said they were going to just re-spray, tell them goodbye. So, Phil came in, went thoroughly through the attics, and said we needed all the existing insulation taken out, the ducts and pipes re-wrapped, a layer of dense foam, and then a big spray. His quote was precise, his schedule was perfect. The team came in, did all the work in the specified time. They communicated well, and cleaned up incredibly well. Phil dropped by after each phase to ensure things were to his standards. They finished on time and on budget. That was August. It is now February, and lo and behold, we are the proud owners of one of the only houses on our street with NO icicles! Amazed and extremely happy, If I could give 6 stars I would. Avenue insulation knows their stuff and ensures quality contractors do the work. This is key as the building science to insulate your home is complicated, and making your house more comfortable requires hiring someone that cares to do a good job + a great installers. Avenue provides both! My house is much more comfortable and less drafty now.
