Dr. Lam has been my dentist for 10 plus years! Her and her staff always have strong attention to detail, makes sure that I am properly cared for, and always provides transparent advice on any issues that I may have come across. I would definitely recommend!

Dr Susan Lam is a superb dentist. In the last few years I have had several difficult dental problems which she resolved successfully! I have dealt with numerous dentists but none with the excellent skills of Dr Lam.

Dr. Lam has been our family dentist for over 15 years. She is very professional and competent. I would highly recommend her.

Horrible experience! Dr Lam, there is nothing about the terrible way you have treated me that is ethical or justifiable. I am a human being, just like you. If you take a man's hard earned money, at least show some empathy and human decency to provide the services you were paid for. I had a life threatening accident about 27 years ago and I have had multiple dental surgeries to fix crowns. The last one lasted over 15 years. I went to Dr Lam to fix newer crowns just for upgrade and better fit and finish. About 8 months later, the new crowns got loose and fell off. I can't even drink water or eat without nagging pains because the inner tooth has been exposed. It took almost 6 days for Dr Lam to eventually pick my calls and tell me there was nothing she could do as she is fully booked. She wasn't even interested in speaking with me or fixing the problem or provide a temporary solution to the loose crown. Her secretary that spoke with me instead was even laughing and asking why I was upset. Ofcourse having to relive my traumatic accident all over again and being in pain for 6 days because she simply wouldn't pick up calls is enough to get me upset, especially after I paid a lot of money to fix those crowns and its falling off few months after. If I could give 0 star, I would.
