As someone who's had a recent experience here, the receptionists get one star for being kind and inviting. The new office is very contemporary with an extremely bright atmosphere.
Hence the 2nd star.
However I think Dr. "choo-choo" Train needs to pack his bags and get on a real train to retirement.
He's in his 70's, he's senile, reckless, seems to be very scatterbrained, confused and just gives bad vibes in general.
It's no wonder they give all their new patients to him instead of the other dentist who is a lot younger and probably better equipped and qualified for the job.
I'd be reluctant to have Dr. Train work on my teeth if he were the last dentist on Earth.
I will never go back to this dentist, he couldn't even tell me what the problem was, even with the x-rays he couldn't see and had to ask the other dentist (his colleague) for a second opinion.
And for anyone who cares, no free parking! And parking in that building is an absolute nightmare, people are always getting stuck underground causing a huge line of cars behind them, having no choice but to call the emergency line to unlock the underground garage. It happens all the time.
