She will charge MORE than the Ontario fee guideline. I didn't realize that she over charged more than the provincial guideline till I received my insurance statement. I had to pay upfront before any work. My insurance company paid upto the provincial fee schedule. But I was on the hook for the difference. She won't tell you upfront about her exorbitant fees and she always take full payment before doing any work. I don't think that's part of their professional code of conduct! Don't use her! There are many other professionals with integrity.

I am wondering who give the right to the receptionist Shasha to decide Dr. Wong won't see you? I am wondering what's relationship between Dr. Wong and receptionist Shasha, who is the boss? As a receptionist, Shasha did not realized one of her main responsibility is providing adequate information to patient, and try the best to keep the patient for the clinic. But the reality is, Shasha is standing a high level in front of patient, she is thinking they are the best, patient could not have hesitation otherwise get away. I booked a consultation first and a roots treatment one week after. At that time, Shasha did not remind me that Dr. Wong does not do the permeant material filing, Dr. Wong told me when I do consultation. But I could not successfully book an app with my general dentist after roots treatment two weeks. When I called Shasha to ask the timeline of the temporary material transfer to permeant material, she was rude and impatient, she said "you have too much concerns and my Dr. won't see you", than hung up the phone.

Dr. Wong and her staff are incredible! Super nice and inviting, and keep me comfortable and relaxed every time I visit! Thanks everyone, looking forward to the next one!
